Block user phone and email in firebase backend - blacklist

Hello,

I need do blacklist in my application. If you are in list you can't do registration or your status not active, or smth like this.

We are using backend - firebase - REACT NATIVE.

Budget ~30USD. Please write saparas job 30.

Best solution do just in backend, and no need update application.
