BUILD APP & WEBSITE: Silver Bullet Legal, LLC is a revolutionary company designed to quickly bring legal resources to the end user through the use of the FAST LAW™ mobile telephone application. The founders of Silver Bullet Legal, LLC recognized that in today’s complex technological society, it is often difficult for the person in need to know their rights and to locate and retain an affordable attorney. With one touch of a button, FAST LAW™ is designed to provide peace of mind to the user in almost every legal situation by providing critical legal information, pre-selected and highly qualified attorneys and bonding companies. The stress of finding an attorney through the internet is virtually eliminated because Silver Bullet legal has already done it for the end user. For this initial rollout, the application (other than allowing people to sign up) needs to only do three things. - First, it needs to be able to start recording audio once a user invokes it on their phone. The purpose of this is that as soon as the user sees flashing lights in their rear view mirror, they need to be able to quickly start recording audio as evidence. - Second, once the audio is recorded or after a preset period of time (for example, if the person is arrested and the officer doesn’t allow the person to turn off the application), the application will automatically upload the audio to a central database (aka upload unto the website). - Third, when invoked, the application needs to automatically send contact information to a bail bonds person. The application will take the location information and send it to the bail bonds person in the area that is signed up. The bonds person can attempt to contact the person the next morning. If they do not pick up, then the bonds person can check with the jail to see if the person was arrested and offer their services. A last function would be to send to the user’s phone the number of an attorney in the area. Basic graphics, no NSA level of encryption, just a simple, basic application that people can use for this first phase. As the application gets traction and investors are brought onboard, the application functionality will be expanded to include automatic video recording, automatic phone conferencing with an attorney at higher subscription levels (i.e. have an attorney with you from the start), more information, and the like.
