Embedding an App onto an Android operating system (tablet)

Hello. we have a User Interface coded for an app. We want this UI to be "embedded" onto an android tablet's operating system. This means ONLY this 1 app would be run on the android and nothing else. Even if one turns the tablet on and off, only this app comes up each time. The user will have no access to anything else on the tablet, no other apps, or setting. For demo and testing purposes, you can put an uninstal button somewhere on the app with a passcode 12345, that upon uninstalling the android device goes back to its "normal" operating system. However for final product, we want it coded in a way that ONLY through central server the app can be disabled and deactivated. This is basically the "kiosk" mode. The user has no say, no power, no option to disable/uninstall the app or do anything else on the android. Only administration that has access to central server can disable the app. Thanks.
