epos system app

Hi there, I am opening a fast food restaurant, like MacDonald and kfc, I am looking for someone who can build an epos app with integrated, Bluetooth print and payment features including contactless apple pay and chip and pin payment method. Features required, ios and android compatible app that I can download and install on any device, which will enable for me to take customers order and also take payments mentioned above. I should be able to print orders on Bluetooth receipt printer at the front counter and in the kitchen in a network environment. i.e. I should be able to have multiple device printing to same printer in kitchen and front. I should also be able to add edit products as and when I wish and add individual discount to product. It should also display price on the backlight for customer to see. Finally, I will own source code for the product, this will be a bespoke software for only me and not something adjusted from off shelf for me. I am willing to discuss all options available, if you have proven track record for this kind of product then please get in touch with me. If you are also offering the hardware I am also willing to discuss. It should have some features to refund, cancel order and also re-print and view previous orders. At the end of the shift it should print a detailed report of total sale, number of top 10 item sold, total discount given, and all the other normal functionality that are not mentined.
