Hey freelancers!
I've got a site that uses BuddyBoss (a fork of BuddyPress), and they've got a native app that's really great and easy to configure using the BuddyBoss App plugin.
Thing is, BuddyBoss is designed to be a social network, so using it in a dating site like I'll be doing works with one notable exception, which is proximity-based profile searches.
This generally isn't necessary in a social network, but it's downright mandatory in a dating site!
I've already added this functionality to the website, but what I don't know how to do is add it to the app and extend its functionality. So that's where you come in!
On this topic, their Support team said "You can create APIs for the web functionality and then create the screens for the app to use those APIs. You can have a customization code repository that will combine with the core app repository on build time. This requires knowledge of APIs and React Native."
