Looking for someone to write a google app script, all this must be done within Google. Step 1, I want to build a database in Google Sheets for a school, which will contain student information such as name, surname, student number, DOB, etc. I want to have new students entered into the database via Google Forms (it doesn't need to be forms, but i thought it was easier). Step 2, after the information has been entered into the database, it needs to automatically populate sheets, so for example, these sheets could exist in Google Spreadsheets, and these are sheets like report sheets (sheets that fulfil teacher administrative work). So, If student A is entered into the database, student A's information will create and populate Report Sheets for each of her subjects (if she does 5 subjects, Math, Science etc), then 5 report sheets will exist in her name but under different teachers names for the different subjects. So its important to realise that a student may be in class 1M, but that class has different teacher for the different subjects and that Sheets need to be created for each of those teachers. Now Step 3, I want the information contained on the populated sheets to be accessible to management staff, but not as sheets, but through a database, so they should be able to search a student or teachers name and view all the Report Sheets they have written for that term, and at this point its fine for management to see the Report Sheets in their spreadsheet form. But the database should allow to find a teachers reports for the different classes they teach, as one teacher can teach class 1M and 3S...so it just needs to be well done and consider these variables.
