Install FFmpeg Library in an Open Source Chromium Browser for Android devices

What i need is to install all the codecs that FFmpeg has in an Open Source Chromium Browser. I have a website of streaming, my movies and series are transcoded in different types of formats and codecs "mkv, avi, Flv, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, aac, h.265, etc.." The problem is that common browsers does not come with all the video and audio codecs installed, making impossible to play some streams. What i need, is to modify the library of Chromium Browser and install the full library of codecs "FFMPEG" to make possible the web video player play any kind of stream, and send me the code ready to compile for android devices.
Also, i need to hide the title and tools bars of the browser, the browser must only load my website on start, the users must not browser to other websites.
