We have an app built in ionic that has relational SQL Lite DB configuring tasks for capturing data about what mine operators have achieved in their shift working underground.
the layout is very dynamic (I can configure what information I require about each task)
We have different input types coded to be handled differently (some are checkboxes, others are dropdown selections, or user input etc)
at the end of the shift Operator finalises and uploads his day's achievements in JSON string.
It all works fine, however we are wearing significant performance issues with the current version we are trying to get working. There could be some memory leakage, or maybe bad design in how we structure the DB or how we query the DB/Save task to the DB.
I know nothing about ionic code so the app is a black hole to me. I need someone to shine a light into it and advise on solutions for my coders to do. I will be unlikely to switch all coding over to new team, but might well keep a "guru" involved in an on-going role to keep things going in the right direction and provide advice for how to implement new features.
my existing dev team is in Indonesia and code the web front end as well as the offline app. The web coding (php) is going very well, the app has gone ok previously, but as we increase the complexity of the app, it is not coming together very well.
I need reliability and performance (no lag) above all else (no pretty graphics here!)
It is a good little app and getting great reviews from our end users. I think would be an interesting thing for an ionic expert to get involved in.
