I'm looking for a very basic wireframe iPhone app to allow a user to collect data (text, numbers, selections from a list, select checkboxes, take or select photos and rename them) and save all that data to a file (xml, csv...) and save that file and any associated photos to Dropbox. The file and the image(s) will then be imported into a desktop mac os application and parsed.
A user opens the app and is presented with a blank form. There is one field that is pre-filled out with an inventory number. That number will be parsed from a file saved in Dropbox (that file will only contain the number (ie: 1234)). The user then enters the data (text fields, selections from lists, checkboxes etc...) The user can also select or take several photos. The user then clicks save and all of the form data is saved in an xml or csv file in Dropbox with the filename the same as the pre-filled out inventory number ([url removed, login to view]). The photos are also saved to the Dropbox folder and renamed to the inventory number ([url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view])
