IPhone App Development, Fix Bug

Need experienced ios developer! Do you have ever used the ios "beeframework", and do you have ever integrated a third party chatting sdk to your ios projects? Then you are just the person who i want. Recently I've worked on some ios projects, and faced a problem when i'm integrate a chatting sdk. When i input an emoticon into a text input view, i can see it correctly, but after i press the send button, there's no emoticon but a blank. Here this emoticon isn't iphone standard emoticon. it was supported by the chatting sdk (png files in a bundle file) Please see the attached screenshot image.
