Isometric map assembled on Unity and then exported (tiles and layout provided)

I'm designing an educational app for drivers and we need someone to assembly the tiles of our Isometric city map using Unity and then export it in a format our developers can use - they course app is being developed with Swift and Android studio. All the tiles are available in png files and sprite-sheets in TextureAtlas format. They are made for Unity but our final app WILL NOT be released on Unity - we just need this map assembled (see attached file) and then exported to xml or similar. Experienced Swift and Android Studio coders are welcome to bid for the entire map features, including car movement and tile animations. please reply with samples of previous works and explain WHAT and HOW you could help this project.
