looking for Android Studio Developer

you should use the most recent and latest version of android studio. here is the link of the app which is facing issues; [login to view URL] here is the link of it's source code on which i needed you to do this all work; [login to view URL] i need you to use the most latest version of the android studio to do the following work of app; 1. fix the issues of my app (it has too much ANRs and Crashes). you have to decrease this count to 0. (whether you rewrite the source code or you manage the existing source code to work as expected). 2. Create the required layouts to make this app compatible with the Android Phones and Tablets in Portrait and Landscape position both. 3. New Home Screen: Create new home screen as the sample of it attached in the details of this project with all the functions showing in it. this new home screen is showing the few shortcut buttons for PICTURES, MUSIC, DOWNLOADS, DOCUMENTS, VIDEOS, RECENT FILES, FAVORTIES & PC FILE TRANSFER. Most of these buttons are already developed in my source code, all you have to do is to create the new Home Screen and put their buttons there and they will work, ok. You may need to add few buttons on this Home Screen on which right now, no functionality is required. Those buttons are SECURE FILES, FILE CONVERTER & PC FILE TRANSFER. You can also see that on this attached pic of a sample Home Screen, that there are 2 Dynamic buttons for 2 attached Storages (internal and external sd card) showing the storage stats of those storage devices on their buttons. these buttons are dynamic and they are not expected to be shown when that storage device (whether internal memory, external sd card or USB OTG) is connected or not. Some architectural changes will be required in the app so this New Home Screen will work as expected, ok. 4. Progress Box: The activity related to Copy/Paste, Cut/Paste (Move), Delete, Zip, Unzip the data (files or folders) is currently shown on the notification panel of the android device. you are needed to show the progress of these activities on the android screen as well as a Progress Box. 5. Issue in Rewarded Video Ads: Right now, app is facing the issue in playing the rewarded video ad. you are needed to either fix this issue or suggest something new so we can implement it which is better than Rewarded Video Ad.
