We have a requirement for ongoing development support on a couple of applications built on Angular 1 and Ionic 1. The Ionic app is built and in the App Stores and working very well, however we have new functionality we need to build, and small bugfixes.
There is also a new application on the horizon which also uses Angular 1, and an app equivalent will need to be built in the future - if the engagement goes well, this will be a future project. However one early task will be to integrate a simple content management interface including file and image upload into this application, in a similar style to how Confluence works. I will be requiring advice on which is the best WYSIWYG interface / framework to use for this task with Angular 1.
Technically my main requirement is a developer who has deep experience in both Angular 1 and Ionic 1, and has a can-do attitude to solving problems. You have to be an expert in both these technologies with a proven track record. We are not interested at this stage in upgrading to a newer Angular stack, or converting to a different framework. If you've not done at least several recent projects using both these stacks, please do not apply
One thing you should be aware of, I am a highly experienced full stack developer who built the original Angular 1 app and the associated API from scratch. I just simply don't have the time to take on ongoing support of the app at this stage. I will be able to give you a very detailed brief of exactly what I want developed from a technical, design and UX perspective, and in return I expect a laser-like attention to detail and a very high standard of coding. I don't want to see sloppy work, and I know what is technically achievable so won't take well to being told something can't be done when I know it can. So long as you are adaptable, with a can-do attitude, I am a great person to work with as I can give you very detailed direction, you will not be required to make design, IA or UX decisions. However I get easily frustrated with excuses and unrealistic timeframes to achieve the development goals.
