Progress Update Android and IOS APP

This is a straightforward application for Android and IOS (phones and tablets). The only trick in this app is the creating of the PDF report from the user inputs. Following is an explanation of the app. The main idea of the application is to let the user create a progress report supported with photos in very simple steps. The user should be able to link his accounts in drop box and/or google drive with the application where he can save, upload, and share reports. First step by the user is to upload a PDF file that contains a plan to whatever he would like to make a progress update. The app then should give the user an option to convert the PDF file to a grayscale in order to make the progress colors the only colored elements in the app. After loading the PDF file, the user can type list of activities like a bank which he can use them later on. Making a progress report should be easy like open the project, select the PDF file and the user should draw a rectangular box, or a line that specify where in the map the following information are related. After selecting the location, the user should be able to take one or more photos to record the progress, then he should type the percentage completed. The user can repeat this step as many as the locations he would like to make a progress. Then the app should create a PDF progress report that color the user selection with 2 color coding one for 100% completed items and another color for on progress items (below 100%). User can share the progress reports PDF files and could also share the project with the other app users so they can make progress reports and modify projects. Attached is a simple wireframe for the app screens. This wireframe does not consider as a design, it is just a demonstration for what I need. You need to make a full design including the graphics and the logic to make the app performing as explained. I did not include the setting screen where the user can link his Dropbox and Google drive accounts, it should be simple to specify the root where the reports would be saved and if the user would like to download latest reports in his device for offline use.
