Write an iPhone application for company, have links to industry data and capture all drilling project related data to insure communication amounst the team members

My company is part of a Joint Venture in Mexico to drill oil wells southern mexico. The app is my personnel effort to make the project better and the app development is not being paid for by the company.I need to keep the costs down but also to have a nice functional app. General Ideas; 1. Website connections 2. google maps and the project geographical location, 3. a copy of the contract, maybe flip page type software? (20 pages ) 4. local mexico reference material (city, weather, public offices), 5. links to the US Department of Energy, 6. photographs of the area, our staff 7. video link to company video 8. A phone directory to dial a company membes of the list (12 people) 9. Email to company members and text 10. A small budget spreadsheet. 11. Ability for me as the administrator to modify the content. 12) I will need know what the cost would be to host a app. I’m not trying sell this app, I just want to have a way to keep the team members connected and informed.
