Access modifications for the Program. Please PM to give you the file.
1. I need to know how to unlock the menu bar setting in access.
2. ‘Contact’ -> ‘Center’ tab ….. Summer session’s fields need to be modified so that the program can use that information during summer. I tried to modify by adding some elements in design view but those elements would show in different tabs.
(©) Add a check box to turn on/off summer session’s fields (when it is unchecked, all fields under the summer sessions will be shaded and the values will still remain?)
(©) If the check box is checked ignore the tuition fee that are already filled with certain price and addition of whatever the price that are in summer session’s becomes tuition.
3. ‘Contact’ -> ‘Rates’ tab …….. I need some more field in tuition part.
(©) One field will be “facility fee”
(©) One filed will be “Tech fee”
(©) One field will be “other”
(©) One field will be “school bus” Add check box beside this field so, unless check box is checked, the field will not be visible. If the check box is checked, there will be field for school bus price, pick up time, pick up location, drop off time drop off location.
(©) There will be a field for “lunch”
4. ‘Contact’ -> ‘Center’ tab ……. Keep track of lunch program.
(©) Add a field for lunch price/ day just beside the day’s check box.
(©) Ex) If Monday is checked program will compute how many Monday in that month and it calculate the total cost of lunch fee by No of Monday * the price of per lunch, and that total will be displayed in the tuition part.
5. Putting this database on the web where it is safe and access to the database using Master ID number, Password which will be set up in the contact database.
