We’re looking for an automation specialist to connect ServiceM8 with [login to view URL] using Zapier or Make. Key requirements: When a job is approved in ServiceM8, automatically create/update a client and job record in [login to view URL] When a quote is sent in ServiceM8, automatically create/update a quote and client record in a separate Monday board Ensure no duplicate clients (use matching logic like email or ServiceM8 ID) Clean field mapping for client, job, and quote details Experience with ServiceM8, [login to view URL], and Zapier is essential. API/webhooks experience is a bonus if required. This job will require another 2 automations which is not in this scope. Please include similar automation work you’ve done and your recommended platform (Zapier or Make).

The deduplication logic (checking if a client exists by Email/ID before creating a new one) is the critical part here. Zapier can get expensive with multi-step search actions, so I recommend using Make for this. It handles the "Search -> If Exists Update -> Else Create" conditional flow much cleaner and cheaper. I will map the ServiceM8 "Job Approved" and "Quote Sent" webhooks to your Monday boards, ensuring the fields align correctly without creating duplicates. Do you already have a paid subscription for Make/Zapier, or are you open to a Python/n8n solution to avoid monthly fees?
