Job Description:
There is an app in which registration is being done with the district and city.
You have to enter state instead of district and district instead of city.
And two new fields are also to be created Tehsil and Village.
I will give you Indian State,District,Tehsil,Village file which you need to store in db and it will work like this: video link
1. You have to add 2 fields in React frontend code
2. This app is connected with mongodb. You have to store data in it only
3. This data has to be connected like this (check in video link:) --> [login to view URL]
4. [login to view URL] As the district and city are working in this video and in the same way the two new fields that will be created will also work like this. STATE--> DISTRICT--> TEHSIL --> VILLAGE
