Scope of work • Receive a written promo script and basic brand assets for every reel. • Source or recommend royalty-free stock clips that match the script’s tone. • Design motion-graphic overlays (logos, lower thirds, kinetic text) that follow brand colours and fonts. • Record or arrange a professional voiceover, sync it seamlessly, then balance audio with background music. • Edit everything into a vertical 9:16 video, 30–60 seconds long, ready to upload to YouTube in 1080 × 1920. • Deliver the final MP4 plus the editable project file (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve—whichever you prefer). Acceptance criteria 1. Visual pacing holds attention within the first three seconds. 2. All brand elements are integrated consistently and legibly. 3. Audio mix keeps narration clear at −6 dB peak with background below −18 dB. 4. No licensing issues on footage, graphics, or music; proof of licenses provided. 5.
