AVID Sibelius File Splitting (Beethoven Missa Solemnis)

@Camillus77

Hi! I am a music arranger, transcriber and engraver and I have and work with Sibelius Ultimate and with extensive experience working with large orchestral scores. I’ve also completed professional transcriptions of Beethoven’s Piano Concertos No. 1, 2, and 4 in Sibelius. I can cleanly split your Missa Solemnis into five standalone .sib files while preserving all instruments, voices, lyrics, dynamics, tempo markings, key/time signatures, and playback settings. I’ll also test each file from bar 1 and verify video export works correctly. I’m ready to start immediately.

I understand your need to split the Beethoven Missa Solemnis Sibelius file into five distinct movements, ensuring each one is a clean, standalone score. With my proficiency in Sibelius Ultimate, I can efficiently extract each movement while maintaining all musical elements like dynamics, lyrics, and tempo markings. My approach involves first isolating each movement within the Sibelius file. I will ensure that every file opens correctly from bar 1 and plays back accurately, preserving the integrity of the score. After confirming that each movement is complete and error-free, I will export them as video files without any issues. Having worked on similar projects, I pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring no bars or lyrics are lost. Could you clarify if there are any specific formatting preferences for the exported videos? Looking forward to your response. Best regards, Junaid

Hi there, I would love to help with your project. I am a certified music teacher with over 14 years of experience specializing in classical music, and I master Sibelius to perfection. You can count on clean, publication-ready sheet music delivered on time. I first duplicate the main file so the complete original stays safe. Isolate and create new sib files for each movement. I clear any leftover section breaks so the page and bar numbers automatically start at 1. I reopen the master file for each remaining movement, save it under a new name, and delete the unwanted bars before and after that specific section. I am also very excited about the prospect of taking on similar future projects and building a long-term collaboration. Best regards, Lucio

Hello, I’ve viewed your attached Sibelius transcription, and I can split the complete Beethoven Missa Solemnis into the five clean, standalone .sib files exactly as requested. I have Sibelius Ultimate and can separate the movements while preserving all instruments, voices, lyrics, dynamics, tempo markings, key/time signatures, and playback settings. I’ll also verify that each file opens correctly from bar 1 and exports to video without errors. I’ll deliver the five files with your exact naming convention and carefully check the movement boundaries for any missing bars or notation issues. I’m ready to get started immediately.
