Much like Onforce, our company needs a system that we can use to set up appointments for our clients. The user must be able to log in, see what times are available, and reserve appointments according to their needs.
Once a customer logs in and makes a reservation with the system, the technician that is available at that time will get an automatic text message which will alert them to their next job.
On the backend, we need to be able to have a flexible enough system that can create technician profiles and times available that will reflect on the system calendar (where the users will select their reservations). We would like to have rating options as well for the technicians that will be reflected on their profiles. This will give them a greater incentive for customer service as well as highlight our employees to our potential clients.
We need the system to be web-based, so it can be accessed from any computer for both the potential client as well as our employee staff. We just need the program built so that we can implement it seamlessly with our own web site. It will obviously have to work off of a database (SQL) from which it will draw its information to create the dynamic pages necessary for our needs.
