troubleshoot connexion with Centova cast and icecast

right now I'm on the project of launching 15 internet radio stations with character cultural latinoamericanas . and the current problem is that I can not transmit the signal to the public

these are the antecedents of the problem

1-i have a vps server with the entreprise axarnet , and they installed the Centova cast with icecast and red 5(but i think that is not configured) , they cant install shoutcast (i dont know why) if the great number of player streeming radio use it ...but

2-I'm having problems with transmitting the signal streeming AAC with players [url removed, login to view] I get an message ERROR SECURITY

with [url removed, login to view] 404 NOT FOUND

MIXTREAM conexion refused

- the same situation with other players flash without rtmp flash does not work.

-I just happen with [url removed, login to view] issue which does not sign with the ip [url removed, login to view]:8005. (in appsgeyser i have constructed a free application for android) after i hope create our own apps .

but i dont undersand why in the internal cast Centova it works with a player of muses radio,

I've talked to people hosting axarnet, and I think the problem is all because they could not configure well panel Centova icecast, shoutcast on the meme server that already has preinstalled an cpanelen for the accounts of clients...
