Advise/consulting on best scenario for MySQL use for our application

Need expert advice on our current MySQL setup which is running on a dedicated Windows Server with Hostgator. Perfect person will haved solid knowledge on large scale applications with volume transaction based on MySQL. Expecting freelanceer to provide best case scenario, possible upgrades to cloud servers, database spliting on cloude servers. Need assessment on our current scenario and help on figuring out the best future scenario. Believe this can be done via a 1 HOUR SESSION on Skype with my team and myself (3 people). We have crafted a few solutions however we need excpert advice on which path to take.
