Automatic collection of Data from Twitter and Websites

I am looking for someone who can scrape and collect data from several websites automatically (every hour?). Information will also be collected from Twitter at the same rate. All information needs to be stored within a database and categorized by subject, time and source.
If the scraping tool is scalable that would also be great as more websites would be added eventually.
