MySQL Database Administrator Needed for High Traffic Handling

My sql database is 15 GB of wordpress, It is getting slow or timeout. I have 64 Core Dedicated Server with 128GB. I have increased the max connections to 50k but still having issue when users get increased. It is able to handle just 600 to 700 users right now. But I want to make it work with 10k users at the same time. I am looking for only MYSQL Database experts, who are well aware of sharding, partitioning, Master Slave DB Setup, etc.
