Web application to index/search and download from a large TIFF image archive

To develop the image management system using laravel 5 and angularjs . The main functionality that need to be developed are: a. User registration and login , user dashboard. b. Image scanning - cron job and manual. c. Image resizing and recreating. d. User management - user rights/privileges e. Search f. Editing image information g. Download option. Scanning of Images: a. System will scan the image storage and - will index the images by titles and tags - Recreate a jpg image and thumbnails from the original tiff image b. Scanning of the images to be done as a cronjob - to get information of the new images added. c. Admin can also scan manually from his dashboard. Search Page: a. Admin and other users can search for images b. Search to be done by Keywords (Tags) and file name. c. Search result will be to list all the images matching the search criteria. d. The images thumbnails will be shown in a grid layout. User actions: a. Users can multiselect the images from the result. b. Can download the images preview (jpg) or the original format (tiff) image. c. Can edit image tags of the individual images. User privileges and permissions: (Admin dashboard) a. users can be assigned permissions for - editing/modify - downloading - Search Approximate time to complete the project: 30 - days Thanks Gopal
