404 news to email .NET script

I have a database of houses for sale updated daily on my site. Each house has description, images, price and address. I need to develop the following new feature on the site: The user can subscribe to receive an email with new listings from my site. The requested list is sent to user's email address based on the list of requested cities and chosen frequency of the updates (daily, weekly, monthly). The user can unsubscribe / modify the request. I need a simple admin option to modify the layout of the letter and other parameters. The feature should be developed in .NET. Should be a simple task. Regards, Victor
