web page - payment integration

I need someone to build a payment integration web page for me.

This website will receive data from a 3rd party. The 3rd party will add the following to their website to invoke this web page:

I need the page that receives this information to be designed and developed.

I have attached a raw sample.

The Cancel button will return to the 3rd party website.

The Pay Now button will process the payment. (This code is not needed. I will develop. For now is just needs to invoke a dummy method called PayNow). I do need the code to return back to the 3rd party website via a Post. This Post will contain a set of named pair values:

RespMsg

Amount

PNRef

This is very similar to PayPal's payflow link process.

I'll need a test page as well.

Milestone payments:

25% upon delivery of code
25% upon installation
50% upon successful testing
