.NET specialist for debugging IIS web server windows 2008

Dot Net specialist required for debugging IIS web server on Windows 2008 Our server is experiencing frequent issues with spikes to the CPU usage. At first the issues would arise once every 7 days but now the issue is much more frequent - We are seeing max 100% cpu usage every 14 or so hours. The issue seems to be with the [login to view URL] IIS worker process. Once the CPU spikes then it will not come back down until we end the process. After ending the process the cpu activity go's back to normal. We are looking for a specialist that can guide my coder in debugging our server and pinpointing the issue. My coder is a asp.net specialist and will work with you to get this resolved. The right candidate will be able to provide clear instructions to my coder, they will be able to help pinpoint the issue providing the required tools for debugging.
