I'm a marketing guy. What I need is someone that understands what I want to do and can really do it. MY JOB is to tell you what i need. YOUR JOB is to suggest/find the best way to get it done. NO TIME WASTERS PLEASE.
I'm pretty tech savvy but am looking for someone to BUILD and MANAGE the following system (or use a pre-existing system) as a way to:
*** A WAY TO Cost effectively generate 50,000+ unique page views on a page or pages I designate over a 15-30 day period (i.e.. Traffic)***.
Chosen party will:
1) Deliver me approved system for price.
2) Manage the system month to month to ensure that the system works and is doing what it is supposed to. Will be paid a base at beginning of each month plus a bonus at end of each cycle against hitting mutually agreed numbers/target.
Important Notes:
I) System must be scalable so we can promote multiple pages/url deep links.
II) the unique views must look like real people so knowledge of how to integrate an ip proxy scanner into system is a must.
I already have a good understanding of how this can be done and have ideas on how I'd like the technical architecture to work and what other FUNCTIONS I will require so far as things like REPORTING and HOSTING.
I will go through this in more detail with chosen programmer. Before I do so, if you think this is something you can do (or better yet, have done already) I'd like to see some examples or have you suggest how you'd go about this.
