Vinod, Thanks for your help with fixing the old problems in the application.
1) when someone registers I would like to have a copy of the registration sent to
admin AT askforeclosure.net. I may need to change this email address form time
to time to avoid spam. I would also like a simple text log of emails that have
gone out including the date sent. The log should probably be accessible form
the Admin area.
2)I would like to add the DOM field (it is currently displayed
on the [url removed, login to view] page) to appear on the [url removed, login to view] page as
another column. DOM is Days on the Market. In addition the [url removed, login to view]
page should list property by DOM order with the newest DOM property listed
first. Some of the columns on the page are sortable. DOM on the property
list page should also be sortable too.
3) Pagination should be added to the
property list page. Something like 1, 2, 3, ...10 at the bottom of the
page would be great. What ever you think is best. I thnk that the page should
list 25 properties/page.
4) Right now access to the information is free. I
would like to begin to charge for access. However registration would be free,
but with the free registration you would only be given the city and state
information but not the address of the property. I might also want to restrict
access to price information as well. Not sure yet. So perhaps we could have an
access table that flags which fields they are allowed to see based upon their
pay status. If they have not paid then the field on the screen might be a
hyperlink that says "click here to upgrade", "Price Info here" or "More Info
Here" that then leads them to a payment page. Once they become a "paid" member
then they would have access to the full information. The information access
level would also have to apply to the email alerts that we send out. I am
thinking that Paypal integration with IPN would be a good start.
Also on the would you like to set an appointment page the address is there
and will have to be restricted as well.
I have an application that does Paypal w/IPN integration if you
want to take a look at it. Let me know your thoughts and we can discuss.
