I have a custom CRM application that holds companies and contacts details.
What I am looking for is a is a small tool (com add-in perhaps) for Outlook 2003 & 2007, that will allow me to SAVE a mail on a folder + subfolder (ie. mailstore\company) and store a link to that stored mail in my database.
Ideally the user will RIGHT-CLICK a email and popup will appear so they can select the Company/contact and the tool would save the email (in msg format?) in the designated folder. I want to link the mail to be stored, in my database.
I am open to ideas here including alternative SQL database and storing the whole message in the sql database.
Installation should be easy & I will need help to setup program.
