SERVICE ITEM SHORT DESCRIPTION Installation for single Outdoor 5GmmWave Small Cell, Installation & Commissioning of 1xBS Module ASOD/ASODA, up to 20meters FO and extended module (if applicable). DEPLOY SOW DETAILED DESCRIPTION 1) Installation of bracket mounting kit 2) Installation of Outdoor MicroRRH or 5GmmWave Small Cell and extended module (if applicable). 3) Installation of grounding cable. 4) Supply of Baseband System Module ASOD/ASODA fixing materials. 5) Supply of Baseband System Module ASOD/ASODA grounding. 6) Installation of DC/AC power cable (up to 20meters). 7) Installation of Baseband System Module ASOD/ASODA optical fiber cables. 8) Commissioning of BS Module ASOD/ASODA 9) Installation testing of Baseband System Module ASOD/ASODA. 10) Installation of FO cable (up to 20meters) including cleaning of optical fiber connectors. 11) Call testing: - Voice Mobile originated Call (MoC). - Voice Mobile terminated Call (MtC). - Voice Mobile to Mobile Call (M2M). - SMS originated/terminated. - Data HTTP & FTP session. PRE-REQUISITES 1) Project documentation process defined, site folder availability and compliance to in-country privacy laws 2) Provided details about location(s) where small cell(s) need to be installed. 3) Power and Backhaul available in location, previous tested and functional. 4) Products and installation materials held by the Supplier 5) No special permits needed to start work execution As pre-requisite, it is assumed that supplier read SoW document provided. ASSUMPTIONS 1) Assumed that Outdoor infra-structure already exist or is in place, power and backhaul is nearly available (20 meters distance max). 2) Assumed to be mounted in pre-defined location (pole, wall, rooftop, parapet) 3) To be deployed as HotSpot or in Cluster scenarios. 4) Deploy tracking status is to be done using telecoms platform. 5) Travel and/or Mobilization not included. DELIVERABLES 1) Deliver an I&C report containing following information: a. Photographs of each installed Outdoor Small Cell, Baseband System Module ASOD/ASODA, infra-structure and Power/LAN/FO cabling connections. b. Results of call tests done: i. Throughput testing through speed-test ii. Mobile originated call test successful iii. HTTP data call test successful 2) Confirm conclusion of work in telecoms platform EXCLUSIONS 1) Emergency call testing is not part of call testing 2) Configuration of existing customer network elements 3) Any Switches installation 4) Any Civil Works including Trenching 5) Site acquisition activities 6) Cranes or Lift platforms 7) Special authorization permits LOCATION London, UK
