It's so hard to write a proposal without all pertinent information. Where is the location? I have done many WiFi setups outside for music venues, campgrounds, sport stadiums, etc. The first thing I would want to do is go to site to do a complete and thorough assessment. From there, I would build the equipment list and scope of work. Please contact me, as I would love to discuss into deeper detail.
