i have a hardware connected to the pc via ethernet cable to access the hardware i have to login to using a remote software like anydesk and and type e.g [login to view URL] to access it. the laptop is connected to the internet via a ZTE dongle or mifi wireless router.
i want to be able to access the device anywhere via an ip or address without loging to the pc remotely. Note i dont have a static public IP.
