Fix Ionic App issue with PhoneRTC audio calling.

Hi,
I have an issue with an existing ionic app. I have phoneRTC audio calling integrated within the communication app. However, the audio call ONLY works on WiFi. If I use cellular data, the service does not work at all. Allowing for no audio between users. I suspect it is some sort of build issue but need further expertise to solve this problem. If you are a phoneRTC expert, please place your bid and I will be happy to answer any questions.
