1. Platform Scope Build a fully responsive PWA where users engage with service providers via chat, call, and media. Includes onboarding flows, real-time features, credit wallet, and admin control. 2. Tech Stack SvelteKit frontend, Node.js (Express) backend, PostgreSQL DB, WebSocket support, BetterAuth, and S3-style media handling. 3.
