Fix Nginx static files issue

I have a nodejs app that runs via apache reverse proxy. Attached is the configuration files for Apache and Nginx but this does not load static files. The nodejs app works fine on standalone Nginx server. Apache reverse proxy is causing this problem so need help with this fix.
