Implement Docu-Sign Api on Node.js

We need a developer who can write a code for us in NODE.js that will implement docu-Sign API for us . The functionality is as follows

1) Submit our HTML Form using Docu-Sign API

2) assign Signing order of the form

3) add a listener on the form that as soon as someone signs we get a callback funtion that will update the form status on our database.
