I have my own server with Ubuntu Server 16.04 installed on it. IP is being served by internet provider using PPPoE connection. NGINX is being used as a reverse-proxy for 2 apps. Each app has a domain name with Certbot SSL cetrificates for the root domain name and all the subdomains defined in DNS settings. NGINX is configured to redirect all HTTP to HTTPS. Each app is a Node.js application. The first app domain is being served by Hostinger and has multiple A Records for subdomains, since it doesn't support wildcards. I'm using Express as a server-side framework for Node.js and the "express-subdomain" module since Express doesn't have support for subdomains from the box.
The problem is - when response headers are being created by Node.js using "[login to view URL]()" - they've not been added to the final response for subdomains, however, everything works fine for root domains.

Does your headers have underscores in them? it doesn't look like a node.js related issue more like nginx configuration issue, can try after having a look!
