Node-red based Machine Movement Recognition for Production Count and Anomaly Detection
1. We want to develop a node-red application which will aggregate production count or anomaly for a machine.
2. This machine will be monitored through a CCTV or camera and application would be flexible enough to define the movement* of different kinds of machines which will show that the machine has produced a product. It should be possible to define the arm/sub-part of machine, in a user interface, which needs to be monitored for the movement.
3. This will finally give the event (count) and the time when the product is produced or the nature of anomaly and the time of the same.
*movement could be linear/sideways/rotary/hinged/similar or across an area dividing line. It could also be a sequence of movement of different machine parts. It could also be a human movement. The movement could be simulated through a freely available CCTV feed through web or through a real cctv camera integrated into a PC or Rpi
