I need a licensed RDN (or CDN) to review and sign off on meals provided to clients with chronic health conditions, ensuring everything meets medical nutrition therapy standards. You'll start by auditing a batch of existing menus, flagging anything that doesn't meet appropriate clinical dietary parameters, then revising as needed. Once that's done, I'd like you to develop additional menus from scratch covering common conditions — diabetes, cardiac/hypertension, food allergies, and general maternal/postpartum nutrition needs. All menus need documented macro/micro targets, sodium limits, portion sizes, and allergen notes, in a format I can share with program partners. Deliverables RDN sign-off on each menu, per person. Please include your RDN license state/number and relevant experience with chronic-condition or maternal nutrition when applying.
