I have mac os x expereince and Objective C, what makes me pretty good for this that I can allocate my full time effort and willing to do so I do not have a day job right now, so I can work on this actually way more hours then it pays. I do not mind doing that because I need good first feedback. So I am your best choice. You might think it only a day job, but I say pay for a day get a week of worth back.
