I need a clean Odoo database configured so that I can start recording day-to-day activity without worrying about later rework. This engagement is focused on four areas: • Chart of Accounts – Build a fresh COA based on a generic template that matches international best practice. I do not have legacy data to import; we will start from zero and tailor it slightly to my industry. • Work-in-Progress Capitalisation – Certain project costs must be capitalised as a WIP asset rather than expensed. Please configure the necessary accounts and automate the treatment so the asset moves to the balance sheet until ready for depreciation. • Payroll Journals – I run a very small payroll, so full Odoo Payroll isn’t required. Simple monthly journal entries that split gross pay, taxes and net pay to the correct ledgers will be enough. • Multi-Currency – Transactions come in USD, EUR and AED. Enable and test multi-currency support so that revaluation and realised gain/loss entries post correctly. Deliverables: 1. Odoo database with the new COA, WIP asset flow, payroll journal template and multi-currency settings in place. 2. A brief walkthrough document or screen-share recording showing where each configuration lives, so I can maintain it going forward. 3. One round of post-implementation Q&A for fine-tuning.
