Remote Dev Environment Setup (Windows)

I have a Windows-based work PC that must be ready for our developers today. The step-by-step instructions are already written; I simply don’t have the hour it will take to follow them. I’ll provide remote-access credentials and stay available on chat while you work. What you’ll do once connected 1. Install Helios and Gtuner exactly as outlined in the guide. 2. Set up Python 3.10 and confirm it is the default python command in PowerShell and CMD. 3. Add PyTorch 2.0.1 and OpenCV 4.8, then verify the versions inside a quick test script I’ll supply. 4. And some other things , message me for info. Successful completion means every tool launches without errors and the verification script prints the expected version numbers. When you finish, send me a short log of the steps you took so I can replicate the process on other machines.
