Spongebob animation

I bet you know the cartoon character songebob,

So I'm hiring a prgrammer who can make around 2 minutes animation using the storyboard I gave, we can discuss for obj file, maybe I can provide obj file.

Honestly I'm in rush, I need to finish it in two days, before 18/1/2020 but if it is not possible than it is fine, but I bet it is possible because the storyboard is very very simple

The scope is just creating the character and background using blender,

Transfer into opengl visual studio 2019,

you can use other way but the requirements is must use c++ and opengl also.
