Tickets range from user-account problems, package and kernel updates, VM lifecycle hiccups, and network/storage quirks, through to deeper cloud tasks such as quota tuning or security-group cleanup. Clear English documentation inside Freshdesk is mandatory, and you’ll connect through our VPN for any console work.
