OCR is the core here, and it's work I've done: I built an extension that runs OCR both through cloud services and locally with PaddleOCR, so I've handled the messy part, getting clean text out of varied documents. I can share a private GitHub repo so you can see it. For yours I'd extract the text, drop it into a templated Word doc, and add the button that generates it and emails the executive in one action, inside your existing app. I can do this at ₹1,500 and work full time. Quick question: are the documents scanned images or PDFs with selectable text? That decides the cleanest OCR route.
