I need a Cape Pack specialist to run a complete simulation that focuses on one clear goal: optimizing packing configurations for a series of boxed items. This project is not about generic, off-the-shelf carton sizes—I want you to propose custom box dimensions that you believe will yield the best palletization efficiency and freight savings. Here is how I picture the workflow: • You will receive SKU counts, weight limits, and any stacking constraints from me upfront. • Using Cape Pack (or Cape Truckfill, if helpful) you will model several packing scenarios, compare pallet patterns, and refine until you reach the most space-efficient, structurally sound solution. • Once the optimal layout is confirmed, you will supply a concise report and the Cape Pack export files so our packaging team can validate and move straight to prototype. Acceptance criteria: • A minimum of three alternative box sizes explored, each with pallet utilization percentages clearly stated. • Final recommendation backed by screenshots or PDFs from Cape Pack plus the native .cpf file. • All calculations must reflect real-world shipping tolerances (edge crush, overhang, etc.) to ensure practicality. If you are fluent in Cape Pack and comfortable determining custom dimensions without industry-standard templates, I’d like to get started right away.
