I have tailoring business in malaysia.( We are selling clothings from INDIA and mainly measure to made Blouses at times customers will bring their dress to alter to smaller size or change to other needs)We also sell numbers of imitation ladies jeweleries (MISC).Customers will bring their materials for measure taking and pay a small amount of [login to view URL] is the start of the project .After paying the deposit We need to record down the collection date for their [login to view URL] Tracking the date we need to keep track on their data's in our system for future [login to view URL] customers particulars are very [login to view URL] system need to compile to us daily to be tailored or [login to view URL] part daily collection of deposit and deposit collection and also any other ready made materials are sold from the [login to view URL] program must include basic ACCOUNTING as for daily checks. 1:Daily tracking NEW orders and ALTERATIONS. 2:Collection of sewn materials 3:Daily EXPENSES 4:End of the day we need to check balance stocks eg: total old sewn materials +New orders - given out or collected is balance in the shop. The program should generate normal billing for us and customer copy. The system should generate end of the day,end of week, end of month and end of year [login to view URL] bill number will start from 0001 from 1st of next year follows YR eg: 3028/2011 this indicated bill no 3028 is from year 2011. In the bill transaction we have column TODAYS DATE AND COLLECTION DATE. I need to track date of collection in order for us to schedule tracking and sew accordingly arrange those sewn materials in another tracking.
